Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions: Laptop Leasing Program
- Eligibility:
1.1. The referral scheme is open to customers, as well as individuals who have previously engaged with our laptop leasing program.
1.2. Employees of our company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the referral scheme.
1.3. Only Businesses can be referred, consumers seeking lease agreements are not eligible.
- Referral Process:
2.1. Customers and individuals must refer potential businesses to participate in our laptop leasing program.
2.2. Referrals can be submitted through our official website or by contacting our dedicated referral program team.
2.3. Referrals must include the complete contact details of the referred business, including the name of the contact person, their email address, and phone number.
2.4. Referrals are considered valid only if the referred business successfully completes the laptop leasing program, including the signing of a lease agreement and payment of the first invoice.
- Incentives:
3.1. The referring party will receive a one-time incentive for each successful referral, payable only upon the completion of the laptop leasing program by the referred business.
3.2. The incentive will be provided in the form of a monetary reward, as outlined in the referral information above.
- Payment Terms:
4.1. Incentive payments will be processed within 30days of the referred business completing the laptop lease agreement.
4.2. Payments will be made using the preferred payment method specified by the referring party during the referral submission.
- Multiple Referrals:
5.1. There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make.
5.2. Each successful referral will be rewarded separately, following the terms outlined in section
- Exclusions:
6.1. Referrals will not be considered valid if the referred business has already been in contact with our company or is an existing client.
6.2. The referral scheme is not applicable to internal referrals made by employees within our organisation.
- Modification or Termination:
7.1. Our company reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
7.2. In the event of termination, any pending valid referrals will be processed according to the terms outlined in this document.
- Agreement Acceptance:
8.1. By participating in the referral scheme, the referring party agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
8.2. Our company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions.
