By car: Take junction 12 off the M4. We're a mile away from here, taking around two to three minutes. Take the A4, Bath Road, towards Theale, and follow the signs for the train station. We're directly opposite Theale train station.
By bus: The closest bus stops to RND-IT are on Church Street, outside The Crown pub and restaurant. This stop serves buses 44, 15 (sky blue), and 1 (Jet black). From here, it's about a seven-minute walk or a two-minute cycle to the offices.
By train: We're directly opposite Theale train station. The train from Theale to Reading takes 7 minutes. From Reading, trains to and from London are frequent and can take under half an hour.

How does IT leasing work?
IT leasing allows organisations to acquire best-in-class IT equipment while managing their budget effectively. Our contracts enable organisations to spread the cost of ownership over a fixed or variable term. Our leasing options include three models tailored to your preferences for ownership and equipment refresh cycles:
- Fixed Term Lease (Finance)
This option lets your organisation spread the cost of purchasing equipment over a fixed term at a predetermined rate, with the opportunity to own the equipment at the end of the lease term.
- Operational Lease Short Term (Rental)
This lease covers contracts lasting 1 to 12 months for short-term needs. Equipment is available from RND-IT or our partners and includes a next-business-day swap-out warranty in case of failure.
- Operational Lease Long Term (DaaS)
For longer-term needs, our lease covers contracts that last between 18 and 60 months, with equipment procured based on your specific requirements. At the end of the term, you can extend the lease, return the equipment, start a new lease, or purchase it at Fair Market Value. Customers typically save 20% to 40% compared to traditional finance lease agreements and may enjoy up to a 20% lower total cost than outright purchases based on a DaaS agreement. Plus, VAT is fully reclaimable for business-use equipment.

RND-IT is a reseller of IT equipment; we can offer finance agreements on Laptops, Desktops, Workstations, UPS, Networking, Telephony, Servers, Storage, and Accessories. Enquire with us today to learn more about what we can offer.
Who can apply for an IT Lease Agreement?
Businesses with a minimum of two years of trading history.
We cannot offer lease agreements to consumers, sole traders, or partnerships with less than three persons.
Do you conduct Credit Checks?
Yes, once we have agreed on the equipment and the lease details, we will conduct a financial review of your organisation and its directors.

How soon can I get my equipment?
Once the financial checks have been completed, we can typically deliver equipment within 1-3 working days depending on availability of the requested items. Configured To Orders (CTO) equipment can take longer.
Is the equipment new or used?
We can offer new and/or used equipment for our lease agreement, and we have access to both.
What happens to my data and files once I return my laptops?
At the end of a lease, you have the option to extend, purchase the equipment or return it and setup a new contract. If you choose to return the laptops, any data and files stored on them will be wiped clean by RND-IT. We take data security seriously and follow strict protocols to ensure your confidential information is completely erased before being re-leased or refurbished. You can also request a data destruction certificate for your records.
